StyroSpray 1000

 A rigid, 100% solid polyurethane elastomeric compound. Provides a hard shell coating over EPS(expanded polystyrene) foam. It is specifically designed to create a smooth finish on EPS foam, greatly enhancing strength and durability of finished parts.  Eliminates high pressure plural equipment and can be sprayed with conventional paint equipment (i.e. pressure pot or airless spray equipment).

Dry time
  • Applied in 2 coats of 15 mil. 20 minute dry time between coats. Full cure in 7 days at 72F. Can be recoated with 24 hours with no sanding or primers.
