Speedliner® 410

This very unique urethane coating gels and stacks instantly for thick, high-build applications, but takes about an hour to dry to the touch. It can be sprayed with either a pneumatic cartridge gun or low-pressure pressure equipment. Cure time can be accelerated with heat. Recommended for medium to dark colors only. No VOC.

Advantages
  • Can be sprayed at very low pressures –less overspray
  • Solid physical properties – protects well against abuse
  • Cure time can be accelerated with heat – spray with inexpensive equipment, but still get rapid cure.
  • Can stop spraying for up to 5 minutes and start again without changing static mixer
  • No VOC
Disadvantages
  • Poorer UV protection – limited to darker colors. An extra Top Coat may be necessary for some applications.
  • Slow dry time (when heat is not used) - Must protect wet coating from cold and/or wet weather while it dries.
