Speedliner® 400

A versatile, quick-setting coating that can be sprayed with either a pneumatic cartridge-style gun (perfect for smaller applications) or for higher volume, the heated Graco E-10 unit with Fusion Gun.

Advantages
  • Fast dry time –can be immediately exposed to elements; also very conducive to high-volume and manufacturing applications
  • Solid physical properties – protects well against abuse
  • Slower initial reaction – enables lower volume users to spray with low-cost pneumatic cartridge gun
  • Electrical insulator
  • No VOC
Disadvantages
  • Poorer UV protection – limited to darker colors. An extra Top Coat may be necessary for some applications.
  • Cannot start and stop spray application without losing and changing static mixer.  (Does not apply if spraying with heated E-10 with Fusion Gun).

  • Truck bed liners, boat decks, rocker panels, livestock trailers, jeep floors, utility trucks, hunting vehicles, salt trucks, fire trucks, airport baggage tractors & trailers, custom audio speaker cabinets, agricultural equipment, containment trailers, high-performance undercoating for vehicles, flexible foam (EPS) coating

Packaging
  • Liquid: 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, or 250-gallon totes
  • Cartridges: Cases only (6 – 1.5 liter cartridge kits per case)
Standard colors
  • Black, dark green, red, dark blue, charcoal gray, camo green, camo brown, colored cartridges require a 5 case minimum
