This project began on December 2006 and just 6 months later was completed in June 2007. 

One local company in Columbiana, Ohio was just one of many contributors to this project.  EM-R-TUFF, owned and operated by Mr. Bill Gisler, helped with the protective coating phase by applying Speedliner on the frame and fenders to protect against corrosion and road wear.

StryroSpray 1000 is now available to our customers.  This revolutionary new foam coating is the first of its kind.  SS-1000 is a rigid, hard shell, coating with NO VOC's that can be applied with conventional paint equipment (i.e. pressure pot or airless spray equipment).  SS-1000 eliminates the expensive high pressure plural equipment and makes it convenient to spray without the high maintenance equipment.

SS-1000 can be painted to match any color by using water base or solvent base paints.  SS-1000 also has an unlimited pot life when stored in a sealed container.

StyroSpray 1000 is a moisture cure polyurea hard coating for EPS foam.  It can be brushed, rolled on with paint roller, or sprayed with inexpensive equipment.  This product cures when exposed to moisture in the environment and is dry to touch in 1 hour.  It keeps a long working life in storage containers or inside spray equipment.

You can apply several coats, within 30 minutes from each other, to build thickness/strength.  This product provides the same type of thick, strong finish that the high pressure fast set two part plural products provide.

Mr. Gerard d'Offay is the owner and operator of Nauticallventures, manufacturer of an easy to build, mobile cleaning platform for the marine industry.  Mr. d'Offay has recently started applying Speedliner 1000 to the PVC platform of this cleaning platform.  Not only does the Speedliner 1000 protect from moisture, but Speedliner 1000 also provides a great non-skid surface.

The fight that everyone has waited over a year to see.  Chuck Liddell (20-5) v. Wanderlei Silva (31-7) finally meet in the ring.  Both coming of 2 losses, Liddell needs this fight more than Silva to regain his status in the UFC.  But Silva is no slouch and I'm predicting a TKO in the 2nd round by Silva.  Enjoy the fight and "Let's get it on!"
